Since 1975, Garcia & Wright has had history of completing projects on schedule and within budgetary requirements, which is evidenced by our repeat clients over the years. We pride ourselves on working closely with our clients to always be there to answer questions and to assist them on any infrastructure needs. Attached are a listing of recent clients, and a sample project listing of water and sanitary sewer project descriptions.

The project budget is determined by the Table 2 justification table, which is prepared with the grant funding application. All work to be performed on this project is based on this and must be followed. Garcia & Wright has vast experience in producing plans and specifications which conform to the budget.

To ensure that the project is completed in a timely fashion, Mr. Raul H. Garcia, Jr. will set milestones and schedule team meetings to monitor progress, and to determine alternate paths that can be taken to complete the work on time.
